Mend hosts a curated selection of workshops, educational events, support gatherings, professional training & continuing education and collaborative programming focused on women’s health, recovery, movement, nervous system regulation, perinatal care, pelvic health, lymphatic health, and overall wellbeing.

Programming may include:
• community education
• practitioner-led workshops
• small group discussions
• postpartum and breastfeeding support
• pelvic health education
• guided wellness classes
• collaborative events with visiting specialists and residency partners

Events at Mend are intentionally designed to be thoughtful, educational, clinically grounded, and community-oriented.

A welcoming, judgment-free support group for pregnant and postpartum mothers navigating breastfeeding, exclusive pumping, hybrid feeding, formula supplementation, weaning, and infant feeding challenges. Growing Together offers compassionate guidance, shared experiences, and supportive community through the transitions of early parenthood.

An immersive professional doula training designed for those called to support women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. This hands-on educational experience explores labor support, postpartum care, newborn education, communication, advocacy, and the emotional and physiologic realities of modern motherhood through a compassionate, evidence-informed lens.
