Yes, we are accepting new clients! A new client is anyone who has not previously received treatment at Mend.
SPECIALIZED CARE WITH RENÀ
Renà treats the full range of clinically appropriate clients, including those with specialized or complex needs. However, Renà is not currently accepting new clients seeking general wellness, exercise or travel recovery, aesthetic or event preparation, or support for minor wellness concerns. These clients should book Integrative Lymph Drainage with Caitlin.
All new clients seeking treatment with Renà must be screened by phone or email before booking. This includes clients with recent surgery, a history of cancer, lymphedema or lipedema, significant health concerns, and breastfeeding.

An established client is someone who has previously received treatment at Mend.
Established clients may continue scheduling online with their usual practitioner, including established clients of Renà receiving general wellness care. Please select the service that corresponds with your current treatment needs. If you have experienced a significant change in your health, a new diagnosis, recent surgery, or another new concern since your last visit, please contact the office before scheduling.
GENERAL WELLNESS WITH CAITLIN
Medically stable new clients seeking general wellness, exercise or travel recovery, aesthetic or event preparation, health enhancement, or support for minor wellness concerns such as mild swelling, bloating or constipation may book Integrative Lymph Drainage with Caitlin. She may also accept clients with stable, well-managed chronic conditions. IMPORTANT: An online reservation is not confirmed by Mend until all required intake forms have been completed and reviewed.

Pre-operative sessions support tissue readiness, lymphatic function, compression planning, and recovery preparation. Post-operative sessions address swelling, discomfort, mobility, and healing. As recovery progresses, clients may transition to Scar Tissue Support for fibrosis, adhesions, or restricted scar mobility.

Surgical Recovery Support

Virtual Surgical Support provides individualized guidance before or after surgery, informed by your procedure, timing, and goals. During the consultation, we assess your needs, clarify expectations, and offer tailored recommendations to support a smoother recovery. This service is ideal for clients seeking strategic preparation, navigating recovery remotely, or without access to specialized post-surgical lymphatic care.

Mend Your Scar Tissue
60 minutes - $205
Scar Tissue Support is designed for clients seeking focused treatment for fibrosis, adhesions, tissue restriction, or scar tissue following surgery, injury, burns, or other tissue trauma. Treatment is individualized to improve tissue mobility, scar quality, function, comfort, and aesthetics while supporting healthy tissue remodeling and integration.
This service is appropriate when treatment goals shift from generalized post-operative recovery to targeted scar tissue, fibrosis, or adhesion management. Common concerns include persistent fibrosis after liposuction, tissue restriction following abdominoplasty or Cesarean birth, adhesions, mobility limitations, and mature scars.While this transition often begins around 8 weeks after surgery, timing varies based on the procedure, tissue presentation, and individual healing.

Oncology Lymph Drainage

Gentle, medically informed lymphatic care for individuals affected by cancer, cancer treatment, or cancer-related lymphedema. This service includes support during active treatment, recovery following surgery, chemotherapy or radiation, long-term survivorship, and oncology-related swelling or lymphedema.
Treatment is individualized based on your diagnosis, treatment history, tissue presentation, and stage of recovery, with the goal of supporting comfort, mobility, tissue health, swelling management, and overall quality of life.
Clients actively undergoing cancer treatment must obtain medical clearance from a member of their oncology care team prior to treatment. Mend is only able to provide oncology care for clients who remain under the active medical oversight of a licensed physician or oncology team.

Perinatal Lymph Drainage

Perinatal Support is designed for clients navigating fertility, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and recovery following pregnancy loss. All fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and lactation-related care should be scheduled under this treatment category. Treatment is tailored to your stage of the reproductive journey and may support swelling reduction, tissue comfort, lymphatic movement, nervous system regulation, breast tissue congestion, postpartum healing, and overall recovery.

Clients with symptoms of mastitis should consult their physician or lactation consultant before scheduling.

Clients experiencing ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome may not receive treatment until medically cleared.

Mend does not treat high-risk pregnancies.
Routine perinatal treatment is provided by both Renà and Caitlin. However, if you have had a c-section within the 12 weeks prior to scheduling an appointment, or if you're coming in for breastfeeding related concerns, please schedule with Rena`.
