Collaborators

Mend works closely with a small network of trusted professionals who periodically provide residencies, classes, and educational programming within the practice. These collaborations allow clients to access a more coordinated and multidisciplinary support system integrating lymphatic care, pelvic health, lactation support, and perinatal education. We  collaborate to provide comprehensive care for clients navigating pelvic health concerns, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or complex musculoskeletal presentations. While each practice operates independently, we value interdisciplinary communication and coordinated, client-centered care.

Dr. Tanvi Maharajah - Pelvic PT Plus

Pelvic PT Plus provides specialized pelvic floor physical therapy for individuals experiencing pelvic pain, urinary or bowel dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum concerns, core weakness, and other pelvic health conditions. Their evidence-based, one-on-one approach complements Mend's lymphatic care by addressing the musculoskeletal aspects of recovery, movement, and function.

Kelley Nazarian - North Jersey Doulas

North Jersey Doulas provides personalized birth and postpartum doula support, helping families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood. Their compassionate care complements Mend's perinatal services by fostering a well-supported and connected postpartum recovery experience.

Teresa Riveros - Garden State Lactation

Garden State Lactation offers compassionate, evidence-based lactation care for growing families. From prenatal feeding preparation to breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, and infant feeding challenges, their support empowers families to meet their feeding goals with confidence and without judgment.
