Caitlin is a Licensed Massage Therapist with a warm, compassionate approach and a strong background in both therapeutic bodywork and healthcare. Before entering the massage profession, she spent more than a decade working as a dental surgical assistant, where she developed extensive experience supporting patients through medical procedures, educating them on treatment and recovery, and helping create a calm, reassuring experience in clinical settings.

Caitlin has completed Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) certification training through the Klose Training Manual Lymph Drainage Certification Program, one of the nation's most respected and comprehensive lymphatic training programs, and has received extensive one-on-one mentorship and clinical training under Wellness Director Renà Ambrose, PTA, LMT, CLT. This training includes Mend's clinical philosophy, wellness planning framework, foundational lymphatic techniques, and evidence-informed approach to care.

Caitlin currently provides Integrative Lymphatic Drainage treatments for clients seeking general wellness support. She works with individuals looking to address concerns such as stress, fatigue, feelings of heaviness or puffiness, exercise recovery, travel recovery, occasional swelling, overall wellness maintenance, and mild wellness concerns that are stable and well managed. Treatments are individualized to each client's goals and designed to support relaxation, recovery, and healthy lymphatic function.
