The Body Roller
Imported from Europe and available only at Mend, the Body Roller is the first and only treatment of its kind in New Jersey. Designed to support fascia mobility, lymphatic health, and a refined silhouette, it’s where health science and healing arts meet.
This modality uses rhythmic, directional compression to stimulate fascial and lymphatic structures—helping to improve skin quality, support fluid balance, and maintain an aligned, limber body.
Rather than functioning as a traditional massage or cosmetic treatment, the roller engages the body’s underlying architecture to restore mobility, encourage collagen production, and optimize how the tissues move and respond. It offers a pathway to healing from the inside out, restoring harmony to the body’s internal systems while refining its outward appearance.
Body Roller therapy enhances the lymphatic experience by preparing the tissues for hands-on treatment, easing heaviness and congestion, and supporting greater fascial mobility. It also helps refine body contours, smooth the appearance of cellulite, and promote healthier-looking skin and tissue, while offering valuable support during recovery when clinically appropriate. Results are cumulative, with regularly scheduled sessions recommended for the greatest benefit.

Safety Considerations
The Body Roller is a uniquely effective technology, but it is not appropriate for everyone. If you have any current health conditions or medical concerns, please call us prior to booking your first appointment so we can help determine if this treatment is safe and suitable for you.
This service is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have blood clotting disorders, are taking blood thinners, or are recovering from recent surgery without medical clearance. It should also be avoided if you have acute injuries, infections, unmanaged cardiovascular conditions, active cancer, or significant varicose veins.
Your wellbeing is always our priority, and we are happy to discuss your individual circumstances confidentially to ensure the best outcome.
What to Wear
Clients must wear soft, fitted clothing—such as gym attire or sweats—with no zippers, snaps, or metal. Long hair should be tied back. Grippy socks are required, and you’ll receive your first pair free as part of the session. Subsequent pairs are available for purchase at the front desk for $5.
What to Expect
You’ll remain fully clothed in soft, fitted garments as the roller moves in structured, wave-like patterns across the body. The experience is soothing, rhythmically engaging, and fully adjustable to your comfort. Clients frequently describe leaving their session both visibly refined and internally reset.
